→ A cardiopulmonary exercise assessment conducted on a treadmill, stationary bike, or through monitored walking, adapted to your abilities

During the exercise sessions, you will use portable heart monitoring equipment. This special equipment continuously transmits your ECG to a monitoring station, ensuring you exercise at an optimal and safe level. We will then plan a lifestyle modification program, customised for you with:

What do I need to do before exercise class?:

What kind of exercises will I be doing?
